By downloading or using Vanishly, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Vanishly offers an optional "PRO" subscription inside the app. This subscription unlocks advanced features, unlimited processing, and removes advertising. Payments and subscriptions are managed exclusively through the Google Play Store.

• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the Google Play Store after purchase.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership and copyrights of all images you process using Vanishly. We do not claim any ownership rights over your submitted content. You must ensure you have the appropriate rights to edit the photos you load into the application.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The app and its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that the app will always function without disruptions or delays. The final quality of the edited image may vary depending on the original source provided.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
